Laudix is provided "as is" for single-location businesses. We continually work to improve the service, but cannot guarantee error-free operation.
When you create a Laudix account, you agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Use Laudix only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You certify that you have obtained prior express written consent from all recipients before Laudix sends SMS on your behalf. You acknowledge that SMS communications are governed by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and state laws, and that you are fully responsible for compliance.
If you are a healthcare provider, you certify that you comply with HIPAA regulations. If you process protected health information (PHI) through Laudix, you agree to our Business Associate Agreement terms.
You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining prior express written consent from all customers before Laudix sends SMS messages on your behalf. You must provide customers with clear notice that they will receive text messages.
You agree to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR (if applicable), and all state and local laws governing SMS and electronic communications. Violations of these laws can result in significant fines — you assume full legal liability for your compliance.
Customers can opt out of SMS by replying "STOP" to any message. Upon receiving an opt-out, we will immediately add that number to your do-not-contact list. You may not send further SMS to opted-out numbers.
We use industry-standard SMS delivery providers (Twilio), but do not guarantee that all SMS messages will be delivered. Phone carriers may filter, delay, or reject messages.
You may not use Laudix to send SMS for spam, harassment, threats, or any unlawful purpose. Violations will result in immediate account termination and may expose you to legal liability.
Laudix uses AI (OpenAI) to generate response suggestions for customer reviews. These are suggestions only and may not be accurate, appropriate, or professional. You must review and edit every suggestion before posting.
You are fully responsible for any response you post, whether generated by AI or written by you. You must ensure that all responses:
We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated responses. Errors, inconsistencies, or problematic suggestions may occur. Always review before posting.
Laudix is not responsible for harm caused by responses you post. This includes reputation damage, legal claims, or other consequences resulting from your posted responses.
You agree not to use Laudix for any of the following purposes:
Violation of these terms will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action.
Laudix is priced at $49 per month. All subscription plans include full access to all platform features.
New customers receive a 14-day free trial with full access. A payment method is required to start your trial. Your trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription at $49/month on day 15 unless cancelled.
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same day each month (your billing anniversary). Billing is automatic via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method each billing cycle until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@getlaudix.com.
We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes apply to your next billing cycle. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.
Your use of Laudix is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Laudix, you agree to our data collection and processing practices.
For healthcare providers, Laudix can process protected health information (PHI) under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Contact us at support@getlaudix.com to request a BAA.
You own all data you upload to Laudix (customer feedback, ratings, business information). You grant Laudix a license to use this data solely to provide the service.
When you connect your Google Business Profile or other third-party accounts, you authorize Laudix to access and use data from those services. You are responsible for understanding and accepting the privacy policies of those platforms.
The Laudix platform, including all software, features, design, and content, is owned by Wufie Ventures LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to Laudix (reviews, feedback, responses). You grant Laudix a worldwide license to use your content solely to provide the service and improve our product.
Customer feedback and reviews submitted through Laudix are owned by you (the business). However, the customer retains rights to their original feedback on platforms like Google and Yelp.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAUDIX AND ITS OWNERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
MAXIMUM LIABILITY:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to this agreement shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Laudix in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These limitations apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is cancellation of your subscription.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Laudix and its owners, managers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
You may terminate your Laudix account and subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked.
Laudix may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:
Upon termination, all your customer data will be securely deleted within 90 days. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to retain before termination.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of Laudix after changes means you accept the updated terms.
We will provide at least 30 days' notice before material changes take effect. If you do not agree with updated terms, you may cancel your subscription.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from these terms or your use of Laudix shall be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in San Francisco, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Laudix regarding your use of the service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
